Privacy Policy

Effective and last updated: September 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Lamark Media Group, LLC (“Lamark,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the Lamark AI Ecosystem website, applications, integrations, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

We may collect your name, work email address, organization, account credentials, support requests, files, prompts, instructions, and other content you submit to the Services.

Account and usage information

We collect information needed to operate and secure the Services, such as your user ID, role, access permissions, IP address, browser and device information, login and audit events, feature usage, and diagnostic data.

Information from connected services

When you choose to connect a third-party platform, we receive the authentication tokens and data permitted by the access scopes you approve. The exact permissions are shown by that platform before you authorize access.

2. Google user data

Depending on the features you authorize, the Services may access Google account identifiers and data from services such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Google Business Profile, Google Drive, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.

This may include your basic Google profile information; account, property, campaign, advertising, analytics, product, search-performance, location, container, document, file, and spreadsheet data; and OAuth access and refresh tokens. We access only the data allowed by the scopes you approve and only for the accounts and resources you select or are authorized to use.

Google API Limited Use disclosure. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How we use Google user data

We use Google user data only to provide or improve user-facing features that you request, including to:

  • authenticate you and connect the Google accounts or resources you authorize;
  • retrieve, display, combine, and report marketing and business performance data;
  • create or update documents, spreadsheets, configurations, or account resources when you expressly use a feature that performs that action;
  • generate analyses, recommendations, alerts, plans, and other requested outputs;
  • maintain the connection, prevent fraud or misuse, troubleshoot errors, and keep the Services secure; and
  • comply with law and enforce our agreements.

Where you ask an AI-assisted feature to analyze connected data, the relevant content may be processed by our contracted AI service providers solely to return the requested result. We do not use Google user data to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models, create advertising profiles, or serve personalized advertising.

Human access to Google user data

Lamark personnel do not access Google user data except when you have affirmatively authorized access or requested support; when needed to investigate abuse, a security incident, or a technical problem; when required by law; or for internal operations where the data has been aggregated and de-identified. Access is limited to personnel with a business need and appropriate confidentiality obligations.

3. How we use other information

We use information to provide, maintain, personalize, and improve the Services; administer accounts and permissions; communicate with you; respond to support requests; monitor reliability and security; create audit records; and meet legal or contractual obligations. We do not sell personal information.

4. How we share information

We may share information only as reasonably necessary with:

  • your organization and other users you or your organization authorize;
  • hosting, database, security, analytics, communications, and AI-processing providers acting on our instructions under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations;
  • third-party platforms when you direct the Services to send or update data there;
  • professional advisers, regulators, courts, or law enforcement where legally required or necessary to protect rights and safety; and
  • a successor in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law.

We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or allow service providers to use it for their own independent purposes.

5. Storage, security, and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted network connections, access controls, and logging. No system can guarantee absolute security.

OAuth tokens are stored only as needed to maintain connections you authorize. Connected data, generated reports, audit records, and account information are retained for as long as needed to provide the Services, fulfill the purposes described here, meet contractual or legal requirements, resolve disputes, and protect the Services. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it in accordance with our retention practices. Residual copies may remain temporarily in protected backups.

6. Your choices and controls

  • You can decline or disconnect an integration and can revoke Google access at any time from your Google Account connections.
  • You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information and connected Google data by emailing info@lamarkmedia.com. We may need to verify your identity and authority.
  • Your organization may control your account, permissions, connected data, and retention. Contact your organization administrator where applicable.

Revoking access stops future API access but does not automatically delete information already retained. Contact us to request deletion. We will respond as required by applicable law and may retain limited information where legally permitted or required.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for authentication, security, preferences, and service operation. We may also use limited analytics to understand performance and improve the Services.

8. Children

The Services are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information to the Services.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the Services, our practices, or applicable law. We will post the updated policy here, revise the date above, and provide additional notice or obtain consent when required.
